- Internet - whenever you download a free stuff like games, movies, codes, files, etc from internet there is a chance that you are installing a virus along with the free program. These programs contain spyware, adware and viruses and during installation these viruses get installed automatically.
- Through Email - We come across hundreds of mails in our inbox every day. Some mails may contain infected attachment. When you try to download the attachment then automatically some malicious installations take place.
- Other routes - There are several other ways through which viruses can attack your PC. It can be greeting cards, pictures or sound files from CD, DVD, USB drives, mobiles, etc. You need to be aware & alert all the time so that no virus can infect your PC.
